Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs (for international orders).

International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. TTscents is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Fragrance Shipping Note
Due to the nature of our products, some shipping carriers may impose restrictions on shipping perfumes/fragrances (especially via air or internationally) due to alcohol content. This may affect delivery method or availability to certain regions.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. TTscents is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
